REGENTS PARK

Scope of Works: Complete renovation of this home to include a new kitchen, new bathroom, new laundry, new timber flooring, doors, windows, skirtings, architraves and painting.

Martin's Comments: We undertook a complete renovation at this older style property which had a very tired and out-dated interior. Structural walls at the rear of the home were removed and steel beams were inserted to make way for the new design which opened up the back area of the home to transform it into a beautiful open plan living area, giving the owners plenty of light and space.

The old kitchen was small and dated so we opened up the space to make it much more functional including a breakfast bar and lots more storage and bench space.

The bathroom was also completely re-designed. This allowed the owners to integrate a toilet which wasn't in the original layout.

Finally new timber floorboards were laid throughout and new doors, windows, skirtings and architraves were installed to give a modern feel to the home.

Owner's Comments: The owner’s were very excited and pleased with the result. The new floorplan is much more functional and works extremely well for them. They love the open plan living space which gives the feeling of spaciousness. (Read Tim & Fiona's testimonial here)
