MLD Building Pty Ltd is a boutique renovation and extension company who work predominantly in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Our company was founded by Martin Deehan, an early three-time HIA Award winner with over 20 years experience in many building styles, both here and overseas. We hold both residential and commercial building licenses but prefer to work with clients renovating or extending their home.
